Our draught blockers can be cut to exact size free of charge so they are perfect for odd size doors and windows, from very narrow to up to 250 cm wide, they have the luxurious feel of a bespoke product. They are filled with weighted, high density polyester (fire retardant and hypoallergenic).

Where are your products made?
We make our items in our smoke free London laboratory.
How do you calculate delivery costs?
The cost of shipping our items is based on weight, So, very long items will be a bit more expensive to ship than short ones. If you put the item in the shopping cart and add the address, the system will show you the delivery cost before you finalise the purchase. Buying more than one item in the same transaction often works out cheaper as the cost of delivery is spread out, depending on the weight.
What are your delivery options?
We send everything with signed for, secure services.
If nobody is in to receive the parcel please make sure to leave instructions for the courier.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we ship using main couriers, typically Royal Mail, but also DPD, UPS and others, depending on the country and weight of the parcel.

How do you package your items?
Because our items are made of fabric we are unable to send them in paper bags, which would be our preferred option, as they might get dirty and ruined. Instead we use 100% recyclable plastic bags and encourage our customers to reuse them if possible.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is uploaded as soon as the order is shipped, so that you can track it all the way. We recommend doing this in order to be aware of timescales and the whereabouts of the parcel, especially if it is travelling internationally.
How can I contact your couriers?
You can easily follow your parcel on the courier's website entering the relevant tracking number.
How do your Gift Cards work?
When you purchase an e-gift card the recipient will receive a branded email with a code to use at checkout.
Pick an amount and write a message to make this gift your own.
They are valid for twelve months and perfect if you run out of time to buy a physical gift or want to give a loved one our items but are not sure of the size / colour they might prefer.
